Shipping Rates
We ship all orders via FedEx Ground Service. Because of mannequin size, most adult mannequins require Oversize Boxes. FedEx applies a "High Special Dimension Handling Surcharge" to these items. To help our customers, we provide a deeply discounted shipping rate based on our FedEx volume.

- Flat Rates: We offer flat rates for the 48 Continental United States.
- Accurate Quotes: Select your quantity and click "Add to Cart" to see the exact rate for your specific item.
- Exceptions: Child mannequins and dress forms typically have lower rates due to smaller box sizes.
Shipping Times
Orders received by 1:00 PM EST will generally ship the same business day.
Note: FedEx Ground provides an estimated delivery time. Please be aware that FedEx Ground is NOT a guaranteed delivery date service.
Expedited Shipping
We can accommodate Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping under the following conditions:
- Customer must provide their own pre-paid UPS or FedEx Express shipping labels.
- Customer is responsible for arranging the carrier pickup service.
- There is a $30 special handling charge per item for expedited packing.

Domestic Shipping Policies
- Coverage: Rates apply only to the 48 Continental United States.
- Exclusions: We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, USVI, or International addresses.
- Physical Address Required: We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Rural Surcharges: If your address is in a rural area with additional FedEx surcharges, we will contact you with an updated quote for authorization. This is uncommon; usually, the cart rate is accurate.
