• Fedex Ground Shipping Rates:
  Due to Mannequin size, most adult mannequin packed in Over-size Boxes, and Fedex has input the Special Handling Fee for those oversize boxes. the rate we offered in site is Discount shipping rate from Fedex.

• We have flat Fedex Ground shipping rates within the 48 Continental in United States.
• To view an accurate shipping rate select quantity from the drop down list and CLICK the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of every item listing. View your shopping cart to see the shipping rate quote.
• As a rule of thumb, Adult size mannequins have the above shipping rates
• For the large quantity, we have special pallets rate available if Delivery location is in Discounted LTL shipping area with Loading dock facility.- the Residential address has additional LTL surcharge.

SHIPPING TIMES:

• Orders received by 1 PM (EST) will generally be shipped same day. 
• This map gives an estimate of standard time to for Fedex Ground shipment,
  
  EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
• We can ship merchandise overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day with pre-printed UPS or FEDEX Express shipping label,
• There will be special $28 Handling CHARGE per items for Expedited packing when customer send us the UPS or Fedex expedited shipping label with Pick up scheduled. for Pick up Cut time is 3 PM

• Fedex Express shipping, customer need to arrange pick up with pre-printed Fedex shipping label 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES:

• Shipping rates quoted on website is for FEDEX Ground Domestic Continental 48 States only.
• Delivery Time for Fedex Ground is 2~6 days, (Fedex Ground does not guarantee the Delivery time) Depending zip code,
  the shipping time shown above is Fedex Estimated Delivery Time Map.
• Fedex Home Delivery service may Delivery Package at Weekend at Fedex own Discretion.
• All shipment will be noticed with Fedex Ground tracking info, Fedex will give Delivery confirmation upon Package delivered. please check Fedex site for Estimated Delivery time.
• We DO NOT ship Mannequin to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, & USVI.
• We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes address- Only ship to Physical Street Address
• If your order is shipped to rural area we may contact you with an updated shipping quote and to authorize additional charges. This is not common and you should assume the shipping rate on your shopping cart is accurate.
